Scope

Sample submission
Submission guidance covers quantity, quality, and shipping conditions, so a project does not fail on a sample that arrived degraded.
QC gate
Incoming material is checked against spec. If it will not produce reliable data, you hear about it before the run, not after.
Execution
The work runs. For longer programmes such as antibody development, interim data is reported at each milestone.
Delivery
You get the report and the raw files — chromatograms, traces, spectra, FASTQ. The data remains yours to reanalyse independently.
